The meals are great and delicious! I order for the whole crew and myself. Being active all day doing construction work, the meals provide us with a boost to complete the daily tasks.

Nourished Meal Prep is the best in business! All of their food is delicious and prepared with excellent seasoning and taste. I will continue to order for a very long time in order to meet my goals!

If there were a 10 star option, NMP would get it! 1st, the meals are outstanding. You forget you are eating healthy! Deliveries are always on time and text message notifications are great to let me know when they are on the way. Cust service is awesome! Any questions are answered almost immediatley. Love the breakfast options & the bulk options and not to mention the nutritional information is on every meal. I have tried a few meal prep co.'s and this is by far the best!

So I've been a consistent customer since inception and I can honestly say Nourished Meal Prep is the best at what they do. Here's why: Their idiology: Placed in a food desert in Nortern NJ, they make eating organic and non GMO meals affordable where all that surrounds McDonald's and 7/11s. Check their menu, you'll save more if you buy in bulk ;) Their food: Simply phenomal! Way better than my cooking, sadly. I was used to dry chicken and veggies from meal prepping myself, and now I have so many more options. Seriously, it's like gourmet healthy food. Check the whole menu, I still haven't tried everything. Their service: Nothing beats convienence. If you live nearby it's delivered straight to your door. No cooking or cleaning. It literally saves my life because it can fit my lifestyle in how I order. Delivery is on Tuesdays and Fridays. So if I wanna eat whatever on the weekend, I only order on Tuesday. When I want to be more strict with my diet I order on both days. 5 stars doesn't do this review justice. NMP is so good I might write a second review to give them 10 stars. Order now and start next week, you'll be happy you did.

Love the food! It's difficult enough to balance a healthy lifestyle when you have a very involved career along with all the challenges life throws at you. Order and have it delivered plus the food is absolutely delicious. I do not miss nor feel like I'm missing out just because I'm eating healthy. Highly recommended it!

I ordered from many other meal prep companies in the past and nothing comes close to Nourised Meal Prep. I have been a customer for over 6 months now and I order ever week. The meals are fresh, the ingredients are organic and non-GMO and the flavor is excellent and consistent week after week. I highly recommend Nourished Meal Prep to everyone!

I found NOURISHED meal prep after giving birth to my second baby and it made my life so much easier during my postpartum recovery. I did not have to worry about cooking or making sure I had a balanced meal because they took care of it. Eight months later and I still order from them. Would recommend to everyone. Fast delivery, great customer service and convenient.

So Nourished Meal Prep has made my life so great! First I’m a chef and super picky when it comes to anything food. These girls do it right. I have a busy life cooking for others I don’t want to cook for myself too. I found them through a friend I figured I would give them a chance and thank god I did. Reasonable prices, food always fresh and reheats great too. I like the creativity they put in the construction of their meals, That’s all I have to say. Give them a try if you want meal prep done right.
